Network Engineer

We have an amazing job open as a Network Engineer who wants to make a next step in an innovative work environment with a start-up mentality. You will work with the latest technologies and add an international dimension. You’ll be responsible for all technical operations in Europe, supporting our customers during their journey from solution design to installation to configuration to in-life support. You’ll be working closely with your team members in the Netherlands and remotely with the team in Singapore.

Briefing

Key Responsibilities include: Provisioning – stage, configure and test routers before deployment Service Installations – Support router installations on customer locations, Turn up Support – Work with Field Engineers to bring services live In-Support – Incident resolution on existing services

Other Responsibilities include: Solution Design – Provide pre-sales support to sales team on network solutions Testing – Test new designs, configurations in a lab, be the overall technical resource for the Europe team.

Requirements

At least 3/5 years of working experience in IT/Telecom sector
Proven understanding of advanced IP Networking (Cisco certifications will be advantage)
Willing to learn new networking technologies, especially wireless (4G, LTE, 5G) and Cradlepoint Devices.
Good interpersonal skills along with effective communication skills
English language is essential, additional languages as dutch are a plus
This role may be required to travel and work outside of core business hours as needed
Flexible, able to work in small team on a range of tasks
Organized, accurate
