Fullstack Developer

Briefing: We are looking for a Fullstack engineer who is ready to innovate our cloud based video platform. Someone who takes ownership and collaborates enthusiastically within our company team. Do you get excited about: innovating the way we transcode and stream videos; automate deployments and codify the infrastructure; rethink and create the data warehouse; create the best experience for our customers. Then we are looking for you! Design, create, maintain and take ownership over our cloud based services. Expand international proposition by focusing on regional content. Iterate on our high throughput streaming servers. Like to create the perfect conditions for scaling the tech team.

Requirements:

• Full stack engineer with a main focus on backend engineering.
• Experience with DevOps/Infrastructure challenges.
• Experience with cloud computing, deploying, and testing.
• Experience with REST-full architecture.
• Hands-on mentality and ownership are a must.
• Fluent in English.

Some technologies you will use:

• PHP 7 (Laravel).
• SQL (MariaDB).
• AWS (S3 & RDS).
• Coconut video transcoder.
• Heroku Cloud Containers (CircleCI is still needed).
• Sentry is our bug logging system.
• Vue.js and Craft is powering our marketing front-end.
